Who We Are

Founded in 1925, Pineview Community Church has a rich history. It has changed names and location but has always greatly impacted the Capital Region. The current location at 251 Washington Ave. Ext. held the first worship service in June 1970 and was completed in September of 1976.

Our desire is to help people of all walks of life connect wholeheartedly to Christ. What do we mean by that?

Jesus said that the greatest thing a person could do is love God with their heart, soul and mind. That is a complete commitment, a wholehearted commitment. The Bible says that is the first and greatest commandment. What does that mean for us?

How do we connect?

* The head (discipleship) and the heart (worship) connects to God.
* The hands connect to others in accountable relationships (fellowship) and serving others (ministry).
* The feet connect to the world in their own neighborhoods and around the globe (outreach and missions).

There is no limit to the person who connects in every way to Jesus Christ. Want to connect?

Located in central Berkshire County, Massachusetts, New Life Community Fellowship has been serving the local community since its inception in 1997.

New Life does not conform to the traditional church mold:

* We are not about a church becoming a building, but about people becoming the church.
* We are not about promoting religion, but promoting a personal relationship in Jesus Christ.
* We are about building our church with people who desire to know Christ personally; Jesus Christ being our chief cornerstone.

We do things that set us apart from other churches. In an effort to make our members and especially our GUESTS feel welcomed:

* We don’t pass around an offering plate. We don’t want our guests to feel obligated to give.
* We don’t require you to dress up; please feel free to dress casually.
* We don’t require our pastor to dress up; allowing him to be more approachable.

Additionally, we want our members and guests to get connected! We plan and host different activities that allow people to interact, and get connected with the church (group of believers in Christ). Some of the activities are: Home Bible Study Groups, Fellowship time after Sunday services, and Potluck Dinners We want to provide people with a unique church experience that’s loving, welcoming, and comfortable. A place you can call your church home; a place for you, your family, and friends. We invite you to come visit us and experience this Christ and people centered church for yourself.

That’s what Cornerstone is all about… connecting with God. When people experience the presence of a living, loving God something significant always happens. When we read the Bible, we love the fact that people who were so unlike Jesus loved to hang out with Him… and more incredibly Jesus loved to hang out with them. Things haven’t changed. We’re all on that journey and church ought to be a place were you can connect with God and find relationships that will walk with you on that journey.

Loudonville Community Church exists to reach and teach people to become devoted disciples of Jesus Christ, sending them to serve in their families, church, communities and around the world.

Our history dates back to the 1950s when a small group of people in Loudonville founded our church to share faith in Jesus with this region, and had a vision for the world. We are a nondenominational, evangelical Christian church. That means that we are governed by our own elders, not an outside organization. About 1,100 people join to worship at LCC each Sunday.

We value diversity. We are a place where all are welcome: true believers along with the curious, the skeptical, the wounded and the disillusioned. We are a place of new hope and second chances. We are a church where God can be found!

At Vineyard Community Church, we invite people to come to church as they are. Everyone is welcome, our style is informal, and dress is casual. All of our services begin with about twenty minutes of contemporary worship, followed by a welcome from one of the pastors, a message from the Bible and finally, the opportunity to receive prayer if you so desire. Our services last approximately an hour and a half. If you have kids, stop by the Information Counter to find out more about how our Children’s Ministry can serve your family. If you have any questions while you’re visiting, there is always someone available at the information counter. Vineyard Community Church is a church you can relate to, and we welcome you to join us at our weekend service. We also have a nice gift we give to all of our first time guests, so be sure to pick one up before you leave the building.
